Be persistent and ask politely to escalate the issue to a supervisor.
Tell them that there is a mismatch between your TSP account and Mypay and you need to get it fixed so you can access your account.
See if they can mail your account number to your address.
There’s got to be a fix for this, just be patient, work with the customer service reps, and put the ball in their court. Ask them how you can access your account if you don’t have your account number and the name on the account is a partial match, but MyPay has the correct name.
Maybe your Finance office or DFAS needs to submit a correction form to TSP?
