Hello all,
Looking to buy my a home need some advice. I was kicked out (honorably) during Covid and it messed my score up missing payments couldn’t catch up and had to sell my home. I’m now more stable with income at 75k a year and a DTI of 1% everything I have is paid for and I’m ready to buy a home. My score hasn’t moved much and is stuck at 559. Is there any way to do a manual underwriting and be approved for a va loan?
