Anybody familiar with Erie Insurance and what to expect getting a new homeowners policy? I’m nervous for a few things in my house and I need a new policy like now.
    What inspections do they do?
    Why won’t they cover me?
    Anything would be helpful. Thanks

They’re the same as all the others. They’ll probably do an exterior inspection to make sure the property is maintained. Things like an old roof, foundation issues, broken windows, stairs & railings, overgrown trees or vines, debris in the yard, pools & trampolines, etc.

Your questions are best answered by the agent who is selling you the policy. They should also be able to coordinate the binding of coverage to your closing date if you give them enough time.

    3. Head-Taylor gave you good info. I have Erie. Had them for years. Switched to them from one of their competitors that I work for. They’ve been great.
