Probably going to have to foreclose on my home. Can't make the payments because I can't sell it or rent it. Mortgage company won't help because I'm current on my payments.
Can't short sell because I'm current.
Can't do a deed in lieu of foreclosure because I'm current.
Can't lower the price anymore because I don't have the money to pay the difference in what I owe.
How does a foreclosure effect me military side? Do I lose clearance? Do I get paperwork?
My commander and first sergeant are tracking already.
Have an appointment set up with legal.
