I am pcsing to Italy from Stewart and i will arrive in the middle of October, my question is will i receive full BAH for the month or only partial for the days up until i in-process in Italy. i can't move out of my apartment until about a week before i leave for Italy. I live on post so they take it automatically I just want to make sure I'm covered

Your old BAH ends the day you check in to the new duty station.
I’m fairly certain you’ll get your BAH until you depart, then a non-location BAH for the days you’re transiting, then you’ll get TLA/OHA once you in process. You’ll likely get overpaid and adjusted later since the system won’t know the dates until after things happen.
You will get BAH until you out process, then you will get transient rate bah.
