Commissioning this may in the Army (hopefully as Active Duty). I don’t have any ROTC Scholarships, I kept applying and my program told me they don’t have any money. I wanted to know if there’s anyway I can get help repaying my student loans? I plan on being in the Army as long as I can, and I also have to help my parents pay off the PLUS Loan they took out to help support me.

I know sometimes for certain branches, there are certain incentives when you join for student loan repayment but you’d need to check with the recruiters if that’s being offered and make sure it’s in your contract. Otherwise, after 10 years of active duty, you can apply for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Unfortunately, none of that will apply to loans your parents took out in their name for you.
