This is a case study you have never seen. I have been documenting my journey on Youtube for half a year now (channel is now at 11.5k subs) where i show myself coding agents and also teach others how to do the same. Not many people know how to do this or even know what an agent is, so ti clear things up, an agent is a program that can do a task on the internet by itself. For example, an agent can scan the weather for the next week and recommend you what to wear for each day.

I posted a video on Youtube that got 250,000 views and because of it, a bunch of requests from people asking me to create a variety of agents for them. I ended up building an agent that reserves restaurants reservations, hotel rooms, camp sites, etc. for users. Mianly because users are too busy to book lets say a Saturday night reservation at Nobu within 5 minutes of it being available haha. Over the last 7-8 months I have been growing this agent and acquiring a lot of clients, mainly through word of mouth. The payments for each client range from $100/mo – $700/mo and within the last 8 months we have crossed nearly $70,000 in profits. By the end of the year, it’s projected to cross the $80k range which will be an amazing feat for a team of 2 developers (myself and a friend).

I know softwares sell for nearly 2-3x the yearly revenue, so im guessing ours is worth an average of $200k? This just shows how putting yourself out there can lead to opportunties you never even knew existed!

Wow, this is seriously inspiring! I’m in the process of developing a mobile app that helps people navigate construction permits using AI (it’s called *PermitPro*). Hearing about how your agent took off through word of mouth and your YouTube channel is such great motivation. I’m currently in the early stages and building a user base—any tips on growing a tech project like this and turning it into a sustainable income? Congrats on hitting that $70k profit mark! Keep crushing it. 💪

No source, fresh account, you wrote mianly instead of mainly, sounds like a completely made up lie, no info whatsoever. And just 5 days ago you were writing about SaaS for 3K. i call bluff for karma. unless you can prove otherwise.

    3. Serious question, and not trying to put a downer on what you have achieved, because it’s seriously impressive, but are you not worried about the big tech firms (Google, Apple, Amazon) releasing an update that renders your entire business model redundant, pretty much overnight? I mean, this is going to be the premise of upcoming iOS releases. Other tech firms will follow suit, where the race will essentially become who can release the best agents. Is there something unique you have?

    4. This is actually interesting, I’ve been looking for ways to automate my purchase or atleast notify me for product availability, i do have experience in coding but not a full stack dev so im not familiar with many languages.

    5. Op is a scammer who is posting fake stories in Entrepreneur subs.

He already has empty posts lined up and posted on other subs about other made up accomplishments.

Please report this post to the mods and ban his account.

I’ve taken screenshots of his empty posts in case he deletes them.
