As title says how can I get funding for a niche business idea that I know would take off in a certain industry? I would need funding and a decent plot of land + architect etc to build it and get it running.
Do I need to find investors? Partners? How do I meet people interested in my business concept?
I have an idea for a business as well as a plan and experience running a business in that field, how can I get funding?

I would recommend reaching out to angel investors in your area primarily and then using VC
I was going to say SBA based off of your title but seeing land and architect.
You need partners or angel investors.
To get porters and angel investors, you need a deck, 1 pager and proforma (estimated forecast)
Get pitching
You can also try talking to banks to see if they are willing to give a loan but your best bet would be asking your network.
