Can I still get Fresh Start?

My parents received a letter about the Fresh Start program two months ago regarding my student loans being in default. They forgot about it until Thursday of last week. I got the letter on Friday and tried to call but couldn’t get through that day, and I didn’t have the information I needed to do it online over the weekend. Am I completely screwed here? Is there any way for me to still get my loans out of default and an IDR? The letter says I can’t do it one the 30th rolls around and that’s today.
