Always looking to improve my setup and I think it's great to get a variety of inputs. As for me, here's what I rely on:

Telegram for quick and casual communication, especially since it handles big files
Canva for all my graphics needs—it’s pretty straightforward and offers a lot of flexibility
BoostApp Social has been solid for optimizing my social media presence—helps a ton with crafting captions and drumming up content ideas
Curb Hero has been a boon for my real estate dealings, making digital open house sign-ins and listing microsites super easy to manage
QuickBooks for keeping the financials clear and transparent
Mailchimp for managing newsletters and keeping in touch with my potential clients
Google Maps to check out property lines when I'm scouting new locations

    What you all use?

What tools or apps are essential for your business?

    1. Any advice for someone just starting to use tech tools to manage their freelance work? Kinda new to all this.

Would love to hear some recommendations on advertising/marketing apps. I’ll check out boost, I feel keeping up with social media posts is a big weakness for me because I’m busy working on product improvement.

Great list of tools! I’d add Trello to the mix for project management and client tracking. It’s a game-changer for keeping everything organized. Also, have you tried Matterport for virtual property tours? It’s been invaluable for my real estate business, especially during these times when in-person viewings aren’t always possible. As for social media, I’ve found [Later.com](http://Later.com) to be fantastic for scheduling posts across multiple platforms. It’s a real time-saver!

Great question. Here are some tools we love using.

      1. **Canva**: For using content for instagram, short videos for YouTube etc
      2. **Reddit Notifier:** Anytime someone mentions our product/problem we are solving on reddit, we get a message
      3. **Apollo**: We use Apollo to find find leads for our business. Love their “recently raised funding”, “recently changed job” filters to find people at the right time
      4. **Wosily**: Create relevant blogs for our customers using AI. Helps us with SEO and also re-engagement since we send it over email as well.
      5. **Cursor**: Helps our engineering team write code 10x faster
