    1. I used to be based in the office everyday and run the team of workers every day. Had some issues and decided I would move across the country but kept the business running and working remote. Business took a hit initially but realised the autonomy of business with people is the most critical part.
      Business has grown significantly since the move and changed the entire way it operates.
      In HVAC commercial design and consulting.

    2. Just start. Hit the publish button, create something and throw it out into the world, but just get the wheels moving.

      Perfectionism kills more great ideas than anything else..

    3. embrace flexibility and autonomy. transformation may hurt initially, but it can redefine success in the long run.

    4. At the beginning, keep it simple and do things that don’t necessarily scale. If it works, you can always optimize later

      Realizing you’re not a reputable brand with huge demand yet. People need an offer to hit that buy button and that doesn’t need to conflict with your brand ambitions.

      Hurt my heart when we did it, but revenue was instantly 2x and we were able to scale our ads.

      I know it’s really basic stuff and seems like logic, but I see so many start-ups fail to make a good offer, myself included, and it really changed the game for us.
