Is this cause I opened another cap 2 months ago? If so, how long do I need to wait?

Yes, that is why you were denied.
If I were you I would wait at least three months if you just got a premium card and are getting another one. To be on the safe side I would want to wait at least six and a half months to play it safe. Your clock might have reset in asking so soon. I wouldn’t get another card while you wait to apply for your next card.
Use the “pre qualification” website next time. There’s no reason to be denied for cards that provide pre-approval tools
