About the Speech:

    The seminar explored how the EU will deliver the energy infrastructure it needs to 2020 and beyond. In particular, it focused on the important new EU Energy Infrastucture Regulation, due for formal approval on 22 February 2013. This Regulation is the means of accessing the Connecting Europe Facility and sharing the costs of infrastucture investment between Member States.
