Working capital is a financial metric that highlights how much capital a junior mining company has. It shows you if the treasury is big enough to fulfill work commitments and perform value adding exploration work or if the company will need to undergo a financing in the near term.

    Working capital indicates a company’s liquidity as it shows you how much current assets it has to cover their current liabilities and the net balance is what can be used to add value and grow the company through exploration and marketing.
