Blockchain 101: What are the problems with Blockchain Technology?

As with any new and evolving technology, problems do exist in blockchain. Cryptography and other aspects of blockchain technology can be a turn-off for a new user. Although decentralization is a huge advantage, it does decrease efficiency. Bitcoin and Ethereum can process only 7 and 10 transactions per second, respectively. Legislation regarding blockchain is not yet fully developed and results in the technology sometimes operating in a grey-area.
