Climate change is NOT ABOUT energy use, it’s about carbon fueled energy use. Throw a generator in front of a dam, or in every river and have virtually free, unlimited energy and it’s NOT changing the climate. Just fossil fuel energy.
Bitcoin’s days are numbered. It’s now squarely in the crosshairs of the climate change brigade. David Attenborough, Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates, and basically every Western royalty and leader will do everything in their power (and in the power of those they can influence) to reduce Bitcoin’s reliance on energy, whatever that entails. These are the same people who pushed for female empowerment decades ago to lower the birth rate to mitigate the effects of climate change, by the way. Female empowerment is now legally enforced just about everywhere and socially engineered into just about every society too.
