It is true that the charts don't show or reflect the exact same scenario. They do reflect fear. As hard as it is this is what you have to tell yourselves. This is the time to buy. As hard as it is this is the time. A turn around is close. Bond yields moved too fast on what I think is supply inflation. Markets are pricing in money inflation. Who is right? We will see but look for bargains as there are quite a few.
As for the dollar, the ghost in the closet. I do not see any alternative for any other currency to replace it right now.If anyone thinks the dollar is going to disappear soon, it is not. Maybe worth less but too many countries invested in dollar denominated assets and no other place to go. Not yet. Maybe in the future. No time soon. Just my opinion and do not invest on my opinion.

I bought my house in 2019 and am still here. My process was easier because the owner had died and a friend told me about this place it was $51k and I could assume a mortgage that had a little over $23k at 3.92% (a heck of a good rate back then). I had cash for the rest of the payment. I could have paid cash, but my Investment in crypto was paying over 30% at the time. Since I assume the mortgage there was no inspection required. I had a good lawyer friend take care of getting me in here. I was never interested in living in a different place. This one was just right.
