Tensions between the Russian energy company ‘Gazprom’ and Ukraine’s ‘Naftogaz’ continue to rise. Recently ‘Gazprom’ has initiated international arbitration proceedings over the fine of more than 6 billion dollars imposed on Russia by Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee.
