      Lol, I was listening to the hearing and the judge asked some very pointed questions to the SEC that I'm sure she will use in her decision BUT "the judge ripped the SEC" is s bit of a stretch imo.

      You keep posting about how the SEC is getting crushed but it's yet to happen. XRP is a security and therefore will lose. Grayscale can hire Jesus if they want but the SEC can deny the ETF with no reason.

      We are talking about this issue about two years now. That´ s a understatement how stupid the USA is!!! Is it or is it not a security!!!!!!!!       Why was Jeffrie Epsteyn murdered in prison ? He was one of the founders of the SEC ! The SEC in combinations of big banks has show themselves as a criminal organisation, instead of fillfull where they are ceated for !!! There shout be much more than 15 million resoins to go this far, and even to blind the media, and public, by involving a Brittish prins !!!! Misleading the American tax payers and even to make a joke of the USA judges system, seems to become a hobby in this organisation !!!
