Kenya and Ethiopia have signed several deals in the energy and oil-and-gas sectors as they seek to strengthen bilateral ties. The two countries will also work together in the construction of an oil pipeline. THAT agreement comes barely two months after Uganda ditched Kenya for Tanzania in a similar plan. The deals have been inked this week, while Ethiopian Prime Minister Haile-mariam Desalegn is in Kenya on a three-day official visit.
