You wanted to know my thoughts. Since I can't determine the ceiling or the floor, I just picked a time; when I retire (2024). But, here at the theoretical bottom, I sit comfortably knowing that if this is potentially the worst case scenario, I'm glad my all in is double my initial investment. Not a bad worst case. So, while thinking I could wait a little longer, and my wife suggesting I should work a couple more years, along with you implying we should maybe wait until 2030, when ADA is complete, I'm thinking maybe I should just ride it out, and let it ride
