      Same deal with AFT, CDC, and EPA. they all think they make law. SCOTUS just ruled on this, in WV v DC. The Epa learned. the fbi is in the midst of learning. The new Congress could learn the SEC, before the trial comes to a natural, judicial conclusion.

      We were told this would take at least two years to be resolved. Both judges in this case are making the SEC look really bad. Hopefully, XRP wins or at the very least a settlement that forces the SEC to provide clarity in the crypto market. Not too much to ask for….

      I have been on this case every day since the beginning. ETHGate is real. The SEC are nothing but gangsters running a racquet helping their bank buddies (and ETH & bitcoin) and hurting the people the SEC are supposed to be protecting. It's been disgusting what the legal gymnastics the SEC has attempted to pull off. Mockery of Justice no doubt. The SEC just wants a win and doesn't care about the Law. Ripple will "win" by settling the case. Gensler will do his "victory lap" and get the US Treasurer position once Yellen leaves. Then Ripple and XRP go to the f'n moon!!

      Who/what (when would help as well) determined that the Securities & Exchange Commission was entitled to or meant to or have and business interfering in anyway whatsoever in crypto? Who made them the crypto police? Without crypto specific rules, they have no rules to police.

      Plus the SECURITY ASPECT OF SEC HAS A VERY LIMITED AND VERY SPECIFIC REMIT. SECURITIES ARE ABOUT HOW AND WHEN MONEY IS RAISED. THATS IT UNTIL A COMPANY DECIDES – INSANELY – TO GO PUBLIC.

      Kind of what I’ve been saying, crypto laws hadn’t been written yet. I wouldn’t call it a win unfolding facts. The SEC shouldn’t be hiding anything. They aren’t defendants but acting like it 😂 they need to drop The case, otherwise the whole market is screwed besides $hitcoin. I think Eth will start a bull run unless XRP is relisted which is long overdue

      Good to see
      You switch from Cardano and talk about our baby Xrp! But at the same time, people should not talk just one project and ignore what would probably resurrect crypto than Bitcoin when it is adopted. Japan plans use Xrp in all the banks there and not any other Crypto and yes this is important to emtire Crytpo despite everyone ignoring Xrp! This case will be what helps all Crypto to benefit if ruling is in our favor.
