In this lecture I would like to set out the details of block internals of a simple blockchain implementation mainly based on bitcoin protocol. We also touch on the mining basics of the same distributed network of nodes that transfer value in complete decentralized fashion. This lecture is not going to cover all the working principles of crytpo networks and currencies in particular….such as authenticity, security aspects or blockchains convergence or consensus. I ll refer you to the appropriate references listed at the end of the presentation.
