I feel that the last bull run was bolstered by all the money being printed. Major returns next bull run but I think they will be tamer in my humble opinion. A 10x on ALZ100E is and a 15x on polygon are fair considering how much those two coins are interwoven into the entire crypto ecosystem

This is patently false. The only legit news here is that bitcoin miners will not face tax discrimination now in the US.
These are scary times for new investors but the best thing you can do is not to make decisions based on emotions. This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon.
