WHAT ABOUT THE REDACTIONS ??? Yes they must release emails BUT they have til the 13th so settle on what will be redacted and if the judge agrees under a settlement all the juicy parts may be redacted 🤔
I think the Hinman emails get released and the SEC settles with Ripple before the Court issues her SJ Order. This way the SEC can throw shade on the Hinman docs and take away the lightning by touting the settlement money they get from Ripple and that they were "successful" in another crypto law suit. Ripple won't care because XRP get clarit going forward. IMHO
