      I'm still of the mind that the judge tipped off the two sides of what the judgment was going to look like to give them an opportunity to come to an agreement. I understand this is not uncommon in court cases. I think it was a good enough news for ripple that they're now going full steam ahead while the agreement is being worked out. Knowing full well that if it doesn't the judgment is still going to come out in a positive way for them.

      1 problem with what Deaton is saying about Ripple's first sales of XRP….

      1) Open Coin created XRP & the XRPL. Ripple's sales are by definition, secondary sales of XRP! So, no matter what, they do not meet any of the 4 prongs of the Howie Test….period full stop!

      Another issue is everyone plus all agencies are forgetting that…..Yes, someone does create the Blockchain & the Crypto that runs on these blockchains…but the Product is the Blockchain, not the Crypto.

      And the Blockchains are being created and given away to the world to use for free? Who creates a product and gives it away to the world to use & build upon as they see fit?

      How can any Regulatory Agency hold a company responsible for a Decentralized Blockchain, that has been given away for free?

      We can not regulate the Blockchain Industry by the Coins or Tokens that run on them, just because some people speculate on the lower & higher price of these Coins/Tokens.

      Do we regulate the auto industry by the regulations that govern the making of the tires that run on the auto's?

      Judges can be just as corrupt as the rest of the US government. The judge allowed this case to go on and on and on costing Ripple $200 million. This judge must have another reason for being so slow such as aspirations of getting a higher level job and needing to get support from the government for that to happen. Clearly the judge will now allow Ripple to win 100%.

      There will be no Split Decisions… Ripple won’t give in to a €200.000 million legal bill they want an all out win… if they don’t you will find that Ripple will based in the UK permanently fella, without any doubt it’s wishful thinking by you Brad and I feel sorry for the US but my opinion and others saying the new debt ceiling and war against crypto will finish the economy and will certainly end the dollar!
