The SEC sues Coinbase and Binance but lets FTX operate until collapse. Even had multiple talks with FTX. The SEC makes it look like they are protecting you. Gensler can never talk about any specifics claiming they cannot talk specifically about one coin. What the hell can they talk about? They should not even be allowed to control Crypto. Can't even say what tokens are a security. What a fraud agency!

SEC just frozen all assets on US Binance, get your money and digital assets out of the US exchanges and use British and European regulated exchanges they all have legal clarity. Crypto is finished in the states!
