Your right Gary Gensler and the SEC needs to back off their oversight of the crypto markets. There needs to be an emergency meeting to cease the SEC actions immediately. Gary Gensler nor the SEC is not providing good faith protection for investors. Its the total opposite. The SEC has crippled and destroyed millions of investor holdings and the ones coming out on top is the IRS with all the selling. The real criminals is the SEC and they are operating under the federal governent and funded my US tax payers. WTF this needs to end now and people need to do more than just gossip. Crypto market defamation is permanent when investors lose confidence. The SEC needs to be defunded and everyone should be replaced with people who actually know what crypto is and how it is use managed and utilized. Common sense is the best asset you can have and these people against crypto are just misinformed or really bad traders.
