      I feel compelled to leave this thought here. I think the lawsuit of the X.R.P holders vs Ripple was part of Ripple's plan.
      Remember: Daddy Gov never protects the little guy at the expense of billion dollar companies. That's called "justice" and the system is anything but.
      Ripple [allegedly] uses this lawsuit to make sure we win either way. Either the Gov says it's a security and they owe us holders a ton of money for not protecting us or it's a currency and we make millions that way.
      The latter [our knowledge backed by securities law + Fair Notice Defense] would make us richer than the former.
      However, the point is that no matter which way you slice it, we still win. Either Ripple wins and we make tons of money or Ripple [with connections to the elite like Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation] will be sued by commoners and owe us tons of money + the semi-permanent loss of their reputation.
      Checkmate to the government who tries to keep us poor.

      I do beleive marketcap means nothing when deciding the price of a commodity ….if XRP is deemed a security yes marketcap would matter and Ripple the company yes woukd have a marketcap ..but with XRP i look at it as a commodity like gold which is priced at over 1900 bucks so XRP could definately do the same
