    With a growing number of bank failures, Chase, Citigroup, and Bank of America are among the next in facing this crisis head-on. Raoul suspects that numerous banks are actually bankrupt and are only kept going by flexible accounting practices, which will become clear as we see more bank failures in the coming months.
