The depths of the pipeline was over 250ft. So i doubt it was scuba divers unless they were using mixed gases. I would guess it had to be a submarine. My father owned a chain of scuba diving schools. But if they knew exactly where the pipeline was and dropped anchor right nest to it, divers could conceivably follow the anchor line and if the explosive could be easily placed of attached and the divers came directly back up it's possible.

We've heard this claim from day one but does anyone wanna grab a group of combat engineers and a Coast Guard cutter crew, hand them the mission and ask them to try to plan an attack on the target to see if it could be done by less specialized hands?

I don't know how any analysis could skip over the part where Biden promised to take out the pipeline "one way or the other." It's beyond ridiculous to be looking in 360° for who did it. My money is on the guy who said he was going do it! When one of the world's most respected reporters breaks the story that the guy who said he was going do it did it… I don't need to "see the papers myself."
