My account has been up and running for a couple years now. It has over 600k followers and 20 million likes. It has a dozen videos with over 10 million views and maybe 50 with over a million. When I’m active the account gets about 400k views per day.

The videos are faceless and voiceless. It’s very simple, ASMR Art videos. There’s pretty much no possibility of brand sponsorship or promoting in the videos, since they are very basic and up close shots of my niche.

The problem is my videos are very short, about 8-15 seconds. I’ve tried making longer ones but they don’t do nearly as well. Since the creator marketplace ended, I bring in about 20 cents a day. I post once every couple of days, and every post gets anywhere from 20,000 to 1 million+ views.

So how do I monetize this better? I feel like with an account of this size, I should be profiting more. Any tips or advice here? I’m kind of clueless when it comes to TikTok. These art videos are just a little side hustle.

Also if this is the wrong page to post this in, please let me know where I might have better luck.

TL;DR: Making $0.20/day from an active 600k followers TikTok account, getting 400k+ views a day. How do I monetize it more?

How to make more than $0.20/day from my 600k+ followers TikTok account?

      You answered this yourself.

You said you’re long form doesn’t do as good but that’s always going to be the case

“Shorts” are always used to promote something (like their long form video) that’s better monetizable.

As On it’s own they’re simply not very monetizable. Which you’re realizing.

    2. Whatever that girl talissa tossell is doing seems to be working out pretty well

    3. TBH, I’d suggest you forget about building your business on TikTok and begin migrating your account and followership to another platform. They’re very likely going to be banned in the US with the incoming legislation…it would suck to put in effort building up a monetization strategy and then immediately lose it

    4. Post your content on YouTube. You can easily make compilation videos combining your clips while posting each individual video as a short. I’m a teacher, we play these videos a lot for kids at the end of the day, and all of them have ads. So idk how much money you’d get for a video of that nature but they are able to get monetized.

    5. Maybe affilaite marketing for art supplies? “Get these paint brushes in my bio”. I also feel like if you partner with the right brand, a short video that focuses on that brand every couple of videos would be an option.

Migrate platforms, or at the very least duplicate your followers onto another platform for the incoming ban.

Sell cool art pieces or something.

    8. Sell supplies for the type of art you make so your followers can do it themselves also
