Hi , need you guys help with my situation, i got into an accident lately, hired PI attorney, my ER bill about $13K sent to me where I can write at fault insurance info Or my insurance (which has $1500 deductable..)
Is it better to put my insurance and seek reimbursement from at fault insurance later ? As at the end of the day the attorney will rip 33% from final settlement $1500 seems a better choice isn't it? 🤔
Shall I fill out ER bill with my insurance rather than at fault ones

Why isn’t your attorney handling this? You’re paying them 33% of your settlement yet you are doing their job for them and asking random Redditors for advice instead of the attorney you are paying lol. I guess I just don’t understand why those who have retained an attorney don’t ask their attorney these kinds of questions when they are paying the attorney.
