He’s gonna have to place those ads on xhampster if I’m gonna see them…

    2. Asking shareholders to fuck themselves that’s not cool Elon. That’s my job

    3. Gradually reduced my shares in TSLA since this clown took over Twitter and started posting nonsense. Voting against just because I find him and the TSLA bulls annoying. ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)

At this point I just want it denied so I can see a grown man child throw a tantrum.

I already voted no. Although I may change my mind if I get money. Not asking for 55B though =)

Pay the man, unsuccessful people will vote no, simply because they are unsuccessful

In 2016ish a Tesla was my dream car.  “Just a year away” from self driving, so much tech and so cool.

Now I scoff at them, would rather have a car that costs half as much.  The cyber truck is a disaster and the company is a joke.

      He deserves it 100%

      He will get it 100%

      Bet or ban

So much toxic short sighted hate here, go x yourselves

    9. I’m confused why the author says the board is voting ‘yes’ to allow the ad spend in favor of Elons bonus payout.

      1. They don’t favor it.
      2. Boards don’t approve expenses by marketing departments… that’s just not how it works.
      3. Even if the board would require this type of spend to be approved we all know Enron is doing this shit without approval and taking the slap on the wrist after.

    10. Do I have to vote in person? If it’s online I’ll buy a single share so that I can vote “no”.

    11. The stock options were worth about 2 million when the package was agreed, at the time everyone laughed at him and said the objectives would not be achieved.

The objectives ended up being vastly outperformed, making the options worth about 55billion.

Downvote if it makes you feel better, but this is the truth.

So the best use of money is paying Musk and convincing shareholders to pay Musk? You mean there is no other issues with Tesla that may need this money more urgently?
