Every now and then I am lacking clarity and I start to spiral down. What are some of the tips or processes you use to help you get mental clarity in business and life.

a “business log” journal.
take 10 minutes and write out what is on your mind
Zazen meditation achieves exactly that. It doesn’t fix problems magically, but it turns off the noise in your head.
Write everything down, categorize it based on importance. See what you have control over and what not. And if you don’t know answers write down the questions
Eat healthy. Exercise (walk, jog, or weightlift). Stay hydrated.
When things get noisy, sit down, breathe, meditate, and don’t do anything stupid.
Golden advice!
Take a break, seriously. Schedule them if you must.
get rid of your smartphone for 30 days. Buy yourself a dumbphone. Quit also mUsic with headphones, youtube and netflix.
take a pen and paper and write down what you want , where you wanna go.

I go in for a strong dose of Ketamine. Forces the mind into a 30,000 foot view of what’s going on, reduces stress and anxiety, and shows where to make the moves that cause impact.
Write stuff down and take a walk. It seems hard to imagine, but writing down your thoughts, ideas, fears, joys, really empties your mind to let in new information. If you feel foggy, you are clogged

I once had a few sessions with a life coach and she help me immensely with my mental clarity. Well worth it.
First, take a break or a vacation. You need your energy back. Then start writing goals. I use simple tools like Trello and Obsidian and even Notes. Whenever I do a brain dump, it just clears up my mind.
