Long story short…. Had a house fire on Oct. 12, 2023. The kitchen was where the most damage was. The rest of the house was primarily damaged from smoke. Pretty much been a disaster ever since, but I am trying to find the good.
Allstate 🙂 insurance claim handler today removed me from the log in. I attempted to log in today to communicate via message portal. It wouldn’t allow me to log in to the claim I’ve been working on for the past 7 months & stated something about not being directly involved in claim. I am a direct policy holder 🙂↕️.
I suspect it’s due to all of my questions tht need answers. The last question I asked was specifically was for Allstate to define “habitable”
What would be the appropriate approach or steps to take?
(This is a brief detail of many more complicated steps)
Insurance claim question & how to properly handle without pissing off the rest of the world.

Orrrrrrr, it could be just a mistake or a glitch.
Call up and ask them.
If a phone call was the easiest option my mental health might not be in the state it is. That why I was asking like state insurance commissioner, adjuster, inspector, lawyer like ? 😵💫
