I have been a serial entrepreneur for a while and 2 of my startups didn't succeed (albeit I learned a lot and wouldn't change a thing), but now I am in the SaaS industry with my website pitchperfecter.ai

For those who have been successful in creating and scaling a SaaS venture, what are some tips you guys have? What are the things that you would change going back in time?

Now’s a good time to invest in marketing, or hang out with markets.

Understand your funnel from top to bottom.

Figure out how to grow organically, or find the right sort of paid ads for your product niche.

If I had to start over with any skill it would be viral marketing.

You could sell dog shit and be happy haha.
