Biden came out today officially announcing plans for the DEA to ease Marijuana restrictions at a federal level. While several states have already taken action, reclassifying the drug federally could have monumental effects on the industry. I am going LONG on this industry. What are your guys plays??

The TOKE etf is a great way to play industry wide. But I'm in the mood to hear some insane bets from you degenerates. Let's hear the good stuff. The best you got. I want maximum overdrive, extremely well regarded stuff. One name with over one hundred percent of float shorted is BCAN, and I think the price action today was the beginning of something potentially remarkable.

Let's light up, get our ape on, and reach new all time highs babyyy

Biden rescheduling Marijuana has insane implications

    1. Don’t bet on weed, plebeians, invest in alcohol, tobacco, and firearms—the stock that keeps on giving.

    2. Wtf even is that absolute piece of shit stock BCAN, 8 employees, vaguely involved in medical cannabis, down 99% from any timeline 6 months or further back? Like seriously, what is it.

Serious question here would implications Does that have for CDL drivers? Can I fucking smoke now? Good luck gambling btw

11000 shares at and average of 1.58USD in hiti, currently up nearly 50%, hoping the reschedule cause a 2x/3x in all Marijuana stocks.

    5. visual mod makes a good point. could be more lucrative to bet on the big tobacco pivot. MO or PM for me

Vff is on target to be the first profitable canabis company in Canada. Maybe they’ll be able to export?

    7. i worked in the legal mj business, it’s a race to the bottom for prices. Eventually there will be just a select few national brands just like everything else.

Market prices drop considerably when new competition comes on the scene and if you track their revenue its always on the downhill.

      TOKE my ass..

      >What are your guys plays??

      – CRLBF…down 80+%
      – MJUS….down 75+%
      – GRWG….down 84%

The shining star in my pot portfolio:

      – IIPR…down 2%

…bought in 2020-2022….firm grasp on the bags.

    9. I’m going to open one of those vape stores without fear of the ATF. Fuck the market, I can finally sell cigarettes, lottery tickets and weed. Losers love buying that shit.

The harsh reality for most companies looking to profit from marijuana is that the more legal it becomes the cheaper it gets. Only a certain number of users out there and that number won’t dramatically grow in states that already have legal marijuana once the rescheduling happens. The only real upside for them is access to traditional banking and tax deductions

    11. I think they’re going to use weed as an election play … and yeah, rescheduling is going to absolutely be *monumental*. I have Tilray and Canopy LEAPs

    12. Some of these comments are mind boggling. First off, fuck your Canadian companies. At this point, this means nothing for them. You want to focus on MSOs or multiple state operators.
Green Thumb, Trulieve, Curaleaf, Verano etc..
Msos for etf and msox for leverage.

The big winner is the removal of 280 (excise tax) which is hundreds of millions of dollars.

To the people saying there’s no ‘meat on the bone’, there’s multiple billion dollar companies who are cash flow positive even with the 280 handcuffs.

And to the under the dollar stock fucks youre full regard. Especially the twat who posted about a 8 person company.

Been Long in weed since 2017.

    13. To anobody saying there’s no money in weed…please look up sndl. Some of you may know it has sundial growers from the meme stock era but trust me this company has made a full 180.

They are close to a billion dollar revenu and with a huge presence in the usa and rescheduling they are expected to be in the top 5 MSOs in NORTH AMERICA with more than 5 billion dollars in annual revenue.

So please tell me again there’s no money in weed.
Do you own DD and you’ll thank me later.

    14. Serious answer: until the individual names uplist onto a major exchange, there isn’t enough volume for what traders would like to do. But some of them are favorites of shorts. Once the exchanges permit trading of cannabis names, options, short squeezes, and all that fun stuff will open up. Long term 🚀

GTBIF is the best run MSO in the business and has been buying back shares even before the rescheduling news.

    16. only_posts_real_news on

Legal weed means buy puts. The amount of times you regards convinced me TLRY is the next GOOG is insane. Thank goodness my diamond hands have held this shit stock from $20 to $2 🙏

    17. I wouldn’t doubt it if the tobacco companies beat the weed companies at their own game

    18. Th3Gr33nBastard on

$MSOS and its heaviest underlyings. Anything else mentioned here is completely regarded and should be completely ignored. Source: been following weedstocks since 2017

    19. SNDL is currently like 2.50 a share and I’ve been bagholding it for years. Would love to see a run

      U. S Cannabis MultiState Operators:
      $MSOS etf $MSOX 2x etf
       $TCNNF $GTBIF $CRLBF $CURLF $AYRWF $VRNOF $CBSTF

The real question is what weed stocks senators are buying or have bought recently?

    22. themostusedword on

$MSOS is one of the only good options. I wouldn’t really pay much attention to many others.

I’ve always liked cgc. Had it years ago at 10 all the way down to them needing a reverse split. It’s predictable in that any hype runs it for a bit then back down. But lately it’s been holding steady enough and it’s value is sticking around for longer periods of time. For now I’m only sticking to short term calls around hype. Good luck.

I’m stuck with my choices. TCRT has 1 employee now 😂 i think it’s is a bigger win for hemp growers and product. The govt listed it as the same with huge restrictions and jail time. Hemp seed and fabric is the best in every category it’s in. Bio fuel, food, fabric strength and durability. The plant sells itself. Will also cut the cartel’s revenue on there trash brick weed. Not to mention a happier work force.🤤
