So basically I got into an accident with someone who was labeled as restricted & they have (Progressive). I have only liability coverage & GAP insurance and both our insurances determined that he was at fault.Is there really nothing I can do? They both said they won’t cover any of our vehicles and it sucks cuz I burley have had the car for 1 month before the accident. Just wondering if there is anything I can do any help will do thanks.
