I provide services for people/organizations that deal with investments (buy-side M&A), corporate strategy, capital raises, and strategic finance.
It’s online in the fact that I am remote, I do on-site visits occasionally. I handle virtually all the due diligence (manage non-finance functions as well)/modeling/valuation services associated with acquiring a company, launching a new business segment, or entering a new adjacent market. Corporate strategy is more on along long-term planning/market research. Strategic finance is underwriting a large capital investment for a company or strategic FP&A (3/5 yr forecasts, or analysis of a business unit/venture). I also help new businesses launch their business or attract investors by creating pitch decks, forecasts, addressing questions, and creating plans.
