Prior to me joining the military I had 44 college credits from a community college, should I just pay out of pocket to finish my degree online, so I have an Associates, then use my Post 9/11 at a real college?
Even after taking TAPS I feel like I'm not entirely sure how to use it effectively.
Proper way to use Post 9/11?

Theres really not any reason to pay out of pocket for an associates to go on to get a bachelors at another school with your GI Bill.
Just apply to what ever 4 year program you want to go to, send in your existing college transcripts, the school will take what they take from that and then use your GI Bill to finish your degree out.
