Auto loan with credit card?

Recently posted in here asking about paying car note off with TSP loan and was heavily advised against doing so. So I just thought of another idea and wanted to see if this made sense/was possible. I have $5700 left on a navy federal auto loan at 6.59%. I have a capital one credit card with SCRA applied at 4%. (I know SCRA normally is 6%, but I applied SCRA to this card 7 years ago when I joined and it’s always been 4%). Can I pay the car off with this card or do a balance transfer? I would obviously still pay the card off as fast as possible but figured this would save me some interest money and also give me more flexibility with it.
