BAH and Dependents question (Navy Reserve)

I have a quick question that I am having a hard time finding the answer to. I am a Navy Reservist who is being called up to MOB OCONUS at the end of the year. My wife and I own a home in Santa Barbara, CA and in North Dakota. My address in NSIPS is in North Dakota and my wife's is in CA on my RED/DA. My question is what address will BAH be calculated from? My address that I am called to active duty from (ND) or my dependent's location (CA)? Thanks for the help in advance!
