Howdy ladies and gents. I’m in the Navy and moved from one base housing to another when I switched commands. The last time I paid for housing it was alloted right out of my check, but till they can get my paperwork fully processed to the new place I have to manually pay BAH to the new housing.
I was curious about when I should expect to see the BAH in my account (1st check of the month, or do they pay early and you get it in the 2nd check?)
I appreciate any help y’all can provide🇺🇸

Split 50/50 on each check.
It will start appearing in your check whenever they get the allotment stopped. BAH is usually divided evenly between paydays, but there may be a delay and you’ll get back pay depending on when you moved.
