I was rear ended at a red light and was diagnosed with neck strain and my back was sprained. I’ve had one trip to ER and now 2 Dr visits. I’ve been out of work for 3.5 weeks still healing. I’ve have 4 sessions of therapy coming up.
I understand consulting with a lawyer is the way however the person that hit me lives on my street and I dont want to go after them if their minimum coverage is too low.
How much should I asked for in my settlement with the insurance?
