I’ve been in the brand design and website design segment for around 7 years now, after talking to a colleague who works at a major company (BOSCH) as a product designer, we see ourselves more than enough experienced, and the feedback of our clients that we worked with increasingly make us think: should we launch an Agency targeted at business owners?
And so my question is: where do you find your designers for website/app/packaging designs? We are going to be offering an entire website and branding package for 250$ USD, which is nearly unheard of, considering the talent and experience we have.

Personally, I use Upwork to find contractors when I need a specific job done and have a pretty clear vision for specifically what I need. I’ve probably paid thousands on that site. But I’m sure it’s difficult to get started there – lots of competition for you – particularly in the graphics space.
The only other site I’ve used was 99 designs for a couple logo design contests because for that specific situation, I like the idea of casting a broader net for ideas when I’m not yet married to a specific approach and want to see what kinds of ideas people have.
