MyPay says that my TSP has a rate of 12%, however there are no deductions on LES, no match, and no contribution to my actual TSP account but my pay is being deducted for some reason. How do fix this?

What?
Post the LES picture and crop out your PII
Have you called DFAS? Called TSP?
How long ago did you set your contribution to 12%? If recently, this is likely a time-based issue and nothing more.
