Dual military couple. I initiated transfer to Kid #2 two years ago. Wife has completed ADSO to transfer GI Bill to Kid #1. Now realizing that we should have transferred a portion to both children. Does adding the other dependentto each transfer at this point incur new ADSO?

No. Just your original transfer is a commitment of 4 years.
