I use the mobile app and it's recording events when I am a passenger as well… wtf? It wasn't me doing hard break or using phone while driving….
Should I just opt out? I just signed up with progressive.

We give up our privacy in this godforsaken market all the time. I’ll gladly pay a little extra not to have someone tell me I’m breaking too hard.
