Is 2 years too long to launch a business?

I’ve been developing a business for about a year now and I don’t know if I’m taking too long to launch or not. Initially I planned on launching by the end of 2024 with one product, but then I realized that I may need to launch mid/end of 2025 because with the market I’m in it’s better to have multiple products at launch since my business is based off of wants and not needs. My first product is about 85% done and I can definitely get it finished and ready for launch by the end of this year, but my other products that I want to have upon launch I haven’t really started because I need one more piece of important equipment that costs $4000 in order to make those products multicolored. Then I’ll also have to solve the smaller problems that come with that.

I know launching is important because it’s basically your customers first impression of your business and first impressions are everything so I’m thinking I will need one more year to have every product ready for launch, but is 2 years too long to launch a business?
